I found this album (The American Metaphysical Circus) at the 2nd hand store with a bunch of other psychedelic albums, incl. Ultimate Spinach, Frijid Pink, Fever Tree, et.al. Just got around to listening and holy crap! (The) Pink Floyd has nothing on this, I'm ashamed to say. And the video is awesome, too. Good job!

'Reminds me of peaking too high on Strawberry Flats, i.e. "You can't ever come down...thousands of eyes, but there's nowhere your can hide." I crushed hits with a friend in 1972 and snorted; we were peaking in 15-20 minutes. The trees were bowing to the sun. At night there was a beach fire. Laying on the sand was like being stuck to the Earth looking down through a convex lens and thinking I was going to fall off into the stars. 'True story.
