  • easy...

  • @4andbelow work dem tater cuffs :P look up workouts for em teh rotators

  • Big up Grenada!!!

  • nice i want to train in a gym like that

  • @robbinmex its a simple minds song from the 80s great song

  • what is the name of this song ??

  • @kemal727 i suspect his injuries are more due to age though. He trains explosively for his sport which he has too and another aspect may be bad luck. He doesn't show bad form here with explosiveness, but I can also see your point

  • @4andbelow Okay I got your point he is not a bodybuilder. But he is putting a lot of stress on his shoulders. You can sill maintain your explosiveness with a fast contraction and a slow retraction. I dont see the point of being very very strong for 6 months afterwards getting injured and not being able to lift anything for a year or for the rest of your life.

  • @kemal727 I realize you have to train at a suitable pace. However, I see no benefit with him lifting slowly and trying to isolate the muscle when he's not doing either in competition. He will lose his explosiveness, and form in competition. Slow is for bodybuilders.

  • @4andbelow Maybe he will be progressing a little faster with this method as long as it lasts but he will be injured much sooner. And he will lose the stregth he has been buildin up during recovery. And I see he has been injured a lot of times. Trying to build up quickly will result in injury. The body has to adapt and training in a slow and controlled fashion will make your progress much better than this way.
