I'm sorry but we don't have a policy of using energy wastefully in this country, what we have is areas of this country that prohibit the development of power generation facilities in their areas. There need to be requirements for states like California to be required to build sufficient power generation for their populations, but this "Not in my backyard" attitude has gotten them in the mess they're in.
