Theres lads i kno who have been in 3 years and still doing their licenses. But it is defo how much time u can put into it. Yeh they are fun to drive m8.
And a beast on the road, u sit slightly higher than a artic lorry...cars are tiny lol.I defo recommend doing TA before regs...for one u will get to kno the system abit more, realise u did cadets..but is diff.

This all deps on how much time u have to put in, the classic sayin of u get out of it what u put in. I was fully done with licenses within a year n a bit...and thats fairly slow really...and i was keen, turning up almost every weekend.

We are a TA regiment. The regiment used to be a part of the Royal Anglians, but was re-rolled to RLC in 1996 and managed to keeo the beret and (RA) in its title. We have TA centres in Peterborough,Bedford,Loughborough,and Ipswich.
U joining up soon? TA or Regs?
