to address the iceburg lettuce debate: it won't hurt them, it's just not particularly nutritious, as it's mostly water. you eat alot of it, you'll get the runs. they eat alot of it, same thing. a little bit is just fine. but yes, the greener leafier stuff is best, if only as a vitamin C supplement in their diet.

Yeah. They are extremely loud whan they get food. However, this cavy will wheek and make noise in general for pretty much everything.
