Hi iosachriost,
Thanks for your comments.
Youth 2000 was set up a few years ago after a world youth day attended by Pope John Paul.
It is growing around the world and holds regular retreats mainly for young catholic adults aged 18 - 35
Google 'youth 2000' to find out more,
God bless,Pat

Hi GalwayBay25,
This is a short vid of young catholics, praising Jesus and thanking Jesus, after a weekend of quite prayer, sharing and Eucharistic adoration, etc, all very much Catholic.
It's is a blessing, that many young people are rediscovering their Catholic faith through the power of the Holy Spirit in movements like Youth 2000 & through the charismatic movement within the Catholic church.

Very nice. This reminds me of the Hare Krishna chanting and dancing we do. It's a pity the media in Ireland are always complaining about Catholic Ireland, etc. They tend to give tonnes of coverage to mistakes within the organisation, and do zero for all the good things. It would be great if they stuck this video on the news on TV!

I'm sure the Lord was dancing with us! Now and forever praised be Jesus Christ.
Wow I didnt even Mt. Melleray was a real place, I read it in James Joyce's book 'the dead'. Did the monks actually sleep in their own coffins?

HI beggo321,
Yes Mt. Melleray Abbey in Co.Waterford is a real place and well worth a visit.
Until a few years ago the monks lived under a vow of silence, but i am not sure about them ever sleeping in their own coffin, must check that out for you,God bless,Pat
