there are so many Mark Green scenes in the later seasons even though he isnt in it, but you always remember him when you see those scenes.. for example:
Carter teaches Michael the "two different kinds of doctors" stuff that Mark taught him in first season.
Carter says to Morris: "you set the tone Morris"
Morris getting woken up by Lydia just like Mark was in the very first scene of Season 1.

Carter was sort of the last original cast member to leave ER. When he left, the show was sort of hard to grab on to, to relate to. Even though there were stil some good cast members on the show, like Maura and Goran, it was defiantly the end of an era.

After this, Carter just marched out the front doors and Morris was sitting there and he tells him....... "You set the tone Morris"..... as a joke of course Haha........ I love that piano jingle, love this clip. Thank you a million trillion times for this clip and you set the tone Lady Phate

One day you'll look up, maybe ten years will have passed, Carter you're gonna make a good doctor, Carter you gotta hurry it up, you got a million things to do, you set the tone Carter......... OMG I could see this a million times and never get sick of it, so pretty it's making me cry with joy of course.
