What city is this in?

The Dillard's (former Jordan Marsh) at broward mall used to have the same fixtures until 2005, when they were replaced with EPCO FAIL Fixtures. About a month after the fixtures were replaced, the button caps have been removed!

even though alot are in poor shape, i've always enjoyed these fixtures, and rank them as my third favorite elevator fixtures, after the Otis '80s fixtures (the square ones, as seen at the marriott marquis) and the Montgomery Vector fixtures (Swissotel Chicago)
