They bail out the banks that caused this economic bust but won't bail out US automakers who've been caught in it's effects?
unbelievable

Hair looks good babe :-)

yep, banks extend credit is how our money is issued now
enables
loose credit caused the detachment of home values from incomes,,, bailouts and programs will perpetuate it
"to help things work" lol
Incomes should rise before home values rise..
Reversing it using dysfunctional mortgage products and open border demand caused the collapse
Good public servants should understand cause and effect money mechanics,,, maybe they
well, it's just the globalist merchants behind it

Only Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac...that isn't fair, many people sacrifice and work two jobs or ear ramean noodle soup just to make ends meet...It should be across the board or not at all...WE are all struggling...not just them

I hear ya. Then there's a group of people not even discussed like me - at a place in life where home ownership was a given for previous generations, but priced out of the market, any market. I may never own a house.

I bought my place in texas at a fixed mortgage of what it would cost me to rent at least...In the dallas area, renting is at least 450 for a semi-decent place up to 700 for a decent place and more for super nice...so I bought my place based on that...but have worked 2 jobs for the past 6 months...You will own a house one day, You are talented and have a lot of support---EXECUTIVE orders suck 'except Lincolns' or I wouldn't own a property, but I'd be it still

What makes me most mad are the people who took on mortgages they KNEW they couldn't handle and now they're getting help. I hope things improve soon so you won't have to work 2 jobs. I do think that America has bad spending habits in general. Maybe this will at least improve that overconsumption.
