My favorite watch is a $25 Timex Expedition I found behind a bed stand in a hotel room, still works great, and that was 4 years ago. I never even changed the battery.

This video says nothing of "how" it's made. They only say it's "constructed" then the work conditions and the marvel of technology it is. What a false video title.
