@colonelsanta i think this is a good drill. 1. it helps your shooting. 2. defending on 1 on 1. 3. attacking one on one. 4. goalkeeping. 5. one on one with the goalkeeper with pressure from defender. 6. it gets you tired so you can learn when you are tired because u underperform when tired. 7. helps to change direction.

Any coach doing these exercises is an idiot. Mid-practice exercise only helps to slow your ability to learn. Any exercise should be done at the end of a practice (preferably after a fun game).

Definitely an inefficient drill. I like the 1v1 aspect, but I don't see any REAL POWER or SPEED being developed. To get faster, you MUST get stronger. To develop real speed you must learn to apply that strength, or force quickly. THAT IS POWER. Want to be a better soccer player? Get stronger, faster more powerful. If your skills are adequate, Strength, speed an power will elevate your level of play. X-Factor Soccer creates freakish soccer athletes. When will YOU take your game to the next level?

Too many players waiting, and after making one serie they have too much time doing nothing. But good drill
