Yes, in my mind there's a plot behind this, but you're free to make up your own.

For me it seems like everything was happy until Erika appears and turns Battler against Beatrice. Erika is maybe someone who opposed this relationship or is actually in love with Battler. Then, Beatrice's existence becomes known and is killed for the reason of being a witch/"deceiving" the prince or whatever Erika told Battler to turn him against Beato. Then, at the very end Battler understands he was deceived by Erika but it's too late.

Am I wrong? I'd like to hear your explanation anyway c:

I found this in an animesuki thread of Umineko Music/MAD videos and I have to say this is truly awesome. There's few songs of vocaloid that I like and I'll have to include this one too! Also, the edit was astonishing, you made an excellent use of the manga pictures to go along with the song :D I'll be looking forward to more things like this.

Oh and I'll also look for the original vocaloid video right away! XD

@HazelMage Yes, sadly the original 'Witch -Witch hunt-' video is a sad story so for this remake the only think I could do to soften it a bit was to make Battler regret Beato disappeared... but yes, Beato was rather unlucky in this...
