  • Where can I down load a copy of the hand out that Dr. Abrams was talking about ?

  • very good.

  • Very insightful!

  • Brilliant! Thank you so much for posting this. Extremely informational and life-changing.

  • When he is talking about the sugars in the oranges and problem of fiber removal he has the right idea but describing a totally wrong mechanism. I can't believe how little do doctors know about nutrition (I am a nutritionist and know what I am talking about)

  • jumping to conclusion very easily

  • Beautiful. Loved it. This video is very helpful. I am sure that it will assist me with my final exams. Thanks.

  • This doctor is at high risk of cardiovascular disease, cancer and the other diseases of civilization because he is carrying at least 15 pounds of the worst fat, that pouch above his belt line. And he doesn't even know it. He thinks he's in good shape because his total weight is ok. But height and weight charts are meaningless and so is waist size. the number that is important is inches around body at thickest part of stomach. He's at high risk of disease. perfect health institute

  • Interesting video, but I feel too many of his statements were prefaced with words such as "I think..." or "It's been said that..." and other such equivocations that do not cite to specific studies. He certainly seems to know what he's talking about, but it's better to have clear evidence supporting the suggestions.
