In addition to the re-used cargo containers, Logical Homes provides a total green package as the insulation to the floors are made with green materials and products. One of their projects is on a new boutique hotel called Bamboo, which is not only built green, but also provides green services and solutions.

I liked Peter- very articulate and straightforward.

Ricky, on the other hand, came across as borderline retarded.

Its not just the way he annunciates... he also didn't really seem prepared, his questions were pretty vague and broad.

Don't know if Logical Homes can really hold to their $150 sq/ft pricing that Peter was talking about (especially in their smaller home sizes), but if they can even come close, it'll be a godsend for the SoCal area.

Side note: LH's website lacks specific pricing?
