  • @Makedonche - search for NYTimes or BBC news re. 'drinking water before meals' + 'weight loss'. there are other studies as well. like i said, it was general knowledge if you follow health news regularly.

  • Re 41:30, there have been research studies done that prove drinking water with meal is less healthier than 10 min after or before. Some common sense and general knowledge can also lead to similar conclusion: water alters the pH of the stomach (bringing it toward neutral point) whereas acidic environment is needed for protein breakdown. Without water, food breakdown is more sufficient.

    Quite embarrassing to see such ignorance at an ivy school; not the first time if you watch other videos.
