Diana first appears in Season three.. episode 03x01 - "Walk Slowly" - The single most painful hour of television ever filmed. IMHO Like Diana now but couldn't accept her for longest time because of how and when she entered the show. She is pretty much in every ep of S3.

I enjoyed this video and music very, very much.....i have never heard this song....yeah, i felt that this characher wanted something more from Vincent, but it was just not gonna happen, thank the stars!

This one and another vid I did with song from Fame was originally done on VHS and the sound quality was better. Simply have not had time to rip it from the vhs on the sound so made due with online file of the song. I like Diana as a friend to Vincent but there draws the line for me. :-) This song just seemed so perfect for her ... guarded yet wishing for Vincent.

I think Diana fell in love with the lover that Vincent was - to Catherine. She fell in love with his letters to Catherine, and wanted that kind of love for herself. I think Vincent considered her a good friend and was immensely grateful for what she did (getting his son back) but falling in love with her was not gonna happen. I did read a fic, though, that suggested that Diana was really Catherine's spirit in a different body ... which is why she was so drawn to Vincent. Interesting idea!

Your comment is a bit confusing as if you didn't like the lack of chemistry between Diana and Vincent that would suggest you want them together rather than the rest of your comment which says you don't. I *hated* Diana with a passion for about two years after 3rd season first aired just because was so torn up over Catherine and how Diana came in, but now 20 years later.... Still don't want them as a couple but can empathize with Diana and accept her as a friend. :-)

I didn't particularly care for the lack of chemistry between the Diana character and Vincent - a relationship between her and Vincent would have been contrary to his devotion to Catherine and her memory. Fans didn't especially appreciate when Diana was brought into the fray.

Nice video. I think she longed for more from Vincent, as well....and I was so upset, on the very last episode (S-3) when she asked him if he was thinking of Catherine, and he said always (and they play Catherine's familiar music) and then turns to Diana and says, and I'm thinking of you. Nooooo...lol

I could not agree with you more..thank you for the 411 on the background of it. don't worry about redoing it.something to be said about the "original", the quality is just fine!I should have paid more attention to the music in FAME! Guess it just works better for me with YOUR video! thank you a bazillion!
