  • Despite the fact that this segment was over the top and hokie, you can see the fans really get excited in a way that they just don't anymore.

  • So what did being the dark side of hulk hogan accomplish? Him losing the wcw world title and getting dp'd by the giant and a frozen mummy. CREATIVE CONTROL REALLY HELPED YOU HERE HULK!

  • lool big stinky giant! aaaand the yeeetaaaaaaay! god wcw sucked back then its mad how it got so ridiculously better almost over night when nash and hall kicked off

  • @habbohardy123 giant > big show. go watch some of his old matches in wcw. he was SO much better and cooler and in greater shape.

  • @Grizzlywolf9

Sorry about the misspells...I was on my smartphone when I typed that out.

  • @AnimayeIsGaye Oh my goodness, I'm so glad I missed all of this angle! I remember now why I wasn't into WCW at all around this time! When Hall & Nash showed up, is when I started getting interested in WCW.

  • @Grizzlywolf9 Actually, they kept this crappy storyline up. 1994 and 1995 in WCW was all about Hogan trying to relive the mid 80s. He dug up every wrestler he was feuding with in the WWF to feud with again and put Paul Eight in the Andre role, going so dad as to call him Andre's son.

  • @bull864

But Luger only held the title for 6 days.

  • @reivenlocke The imports from up north became second-rate to Sting shortly after though, and Luger beat Hogan for the title in the following summer.

  • Who would've thought 8 mos from now we'd be booing Hogan and cheering for the Dungeon of Doom?

  • Boy, how in the world did the fans get into this stupidity! The Yet-Tay breaks out of a block of ice? Man, what nonsense! Hogan probably left for a while following this & the NWO probably showed up shortly after this to do away with this joke of a storyline. A angle like this, is why so many people frown on wrestling & call it a joke.
