@laylabrant As a matter of fact, Wheatus are about to release new material in May, called the Jupiter EP, a followup to The Lightning EP which was released late last year.

@laylabrant You don't hear so much from them any more because they moved from Sony's record label. Can't remember why. But that's why we haven't heard much from them in a while.

@LiquidSolidusSnake My understanding is there were several reasons why Wheatus told Sony to go to hell. Lip Syncing was just one thing Brendan didn't want to do. Sony also did a really shitty job of promoting Wheatus's 2nd record "Hand Over Your Loved Ones," which is a major reason they fell out of the lime light after the 1st record. It took a year long legal battle to get their songs out of Sony's hands, but they repaid them with Suck Fony, a re-release of the 2nd record on their own label.
