Tonic Lounge

The Doctor's Tonic Lounge is located on the main level of The Doctor's House and is open daily from 11am to closing to the general public. We welcome you and your guests to enjoy a casual gathering by the fireplace overlooking the ravine.

The Dining Room

Allow us to enchant you in our elegant Sunday Brunch Buffet. Our tailored ambiance and soft country décor will captivate you. We have restored the past, our beam ceilings, oak floors, with warm fireplace and breath taking garden views will provide you with a most memorable dining experience. The Doctor's House invites you to dine with us in an atmosphere where the past is remembered, the present is celebrated and the future is as close as your next visit.

The Verandah

The Verandah is adjacent to the Main Dining Room area. It is mostly enclosed by a large windowed area that overlooks the main gardens and Chapel, and is quite popular as it is attached directly to the outdoor Patio area. The Verandah seats up to 60 people, and can be used for semi-private functions year-round.

Our Patio

The Doctor's House Patio is situated on our beautifully manicured gardens and overlooks the Chapel on the grounds. Throughout the summer months, patrons can enjoy their meal outdoors, seated on grand cast iron patio furniture either beneath the shade under the umbrella areas, or in the sun. It is a picturesque atmosphere where you can truly appreciate the lush greenery and floral beauty in the heart of Kleinburg.

Wedding Chapel

The Doctor's House Chapel is a re-creation of a traditional early Canadian Chapel, completely candelit by beautiful chandeliers, seating approximately one hundred people.

Gardens & Grounds

The flag stone pathway in the central garden leads to quaint non-denominational chapel that was erected on the property and is connected to the main building via an underground tunnel. The chapel backs onto a ravine where the gardens extend.

The gardens overlook the main building where the Dining room is situated, and walks out onto a beautiful outdoor patio where patrons are welcomed to dine. We encourage you to visit the grounds and to take a journey into the past and relive the history of the village of Kleinburg.
