Giulia Breschi performing the Estampie "Tre Fontane" as part of her senior recital for the completion of a Master's Degree in Recorder at the "Luigi Cherubini" Conservatory of Music in Florence, Italy where she has studied with David Bellugi since 2002. Giulia is at present studying with Conrad Steinmann in Basel and has also studied extensively with Nikolaj Ronimus in Denmark and done master classes with Dan Laurin.
The performance was held in the main hall of the Villa Favard Rovezzano in Florence, Italy, that the Early Music Department as well as approximately half of Florence's "Cherubini" Conservatory of music.
Giulia is playing on a modern pitch transitional soprano recorder built by Tom Prescott.
For technical buffs: the video was recorded on a Kodak Zi8 video camera and the audio on a Zoom H4n using the built-in microphones.
