Introduction
On the eve of the first test between the All Blacks and France in the 2009 international programme, we are very excited about having scooped an exclusive interview with the most important person in the lead-up to the big game.
Dunedin schoolboy Dion Vaudrey was selected from thousands to run the match ball out for the game, which could be the last at the beloved home ground of Otago and the Highlanders, - Carisbrook.
First and foremost Dion, wed like to ask
1.What did you have for tea tonight? - Fish & Chips
2.So what is your normal pre-test routine on the night before a big game? - Read and then go to sleep
3.What are your pre-match preparation plans for the morning? - Watch TV
Selection process
We hear many stories of how great players hear about their selection for big test matches. Otago great Anton Oliver was at a pub in central Otago when he heard of his selection for an All Black side after having been left out of the previous campaign.

4.Where were you when you heard that you had gotten the nod for the big game? - At home
5.Were you surprised or was it something you had been training for for a few years now? - Surprised

6.What will you be having for breakfast tomorrow? - Toast & Yoghurt
7.What match clothing will you be wearing for the big day? - This!
8.Did anyone ask you how you would be wearing your hair for the big day before they chose your attire? - No

11.Can you look to your left if you really need to? - Yes
