Crab rangoons

I hope this is a great appetizer for your Christmas party with your friends and family..and it's so easy to make..May God bless everyone and have a wonderful Merry Christmas.

20-25 Wonton wrappers
MIXTURE
2-3 cup imitation crab meat or crab meat in can or fresh crab meat. (your choice)
1 package of Fhildedephia cream cheese.(.LOL!!)
1-2 tsp black pepper
1 green onion (chopped)
1-2 Thai spir chilies (optional)
1/4 cup mined walnut (optional)
1 tsp salt
1 beaten egg
4 cups cooking oil for deep fry

Note: do not set your oil temperature too high or it will fry and burn wonton skin too fast.
* Set oil temperature at 320-340 degrees and deep frying until golden brown.

@9aspengold5 yes you can! I always make a big batch and freeze a portion for future use...then fry em directly from the freezer.
