@whitechocandy really? you wish that they didnt have anger? anger is raw emotion, it was gets your ass up to do somthing if your not angry your not paying attention my friend and thats from Tim Mcilrath himself. Sometimes being angry is the right thing for somthing to be angry about, exactly what this song is suppost to be about.

As much as I love Rise Against's most recent music, I really wish they could come close to replicating this sort of anger from their earlier years.

@lemonator406 i for one practice singing all the time and the type of scream tim was using for this song was from the throat with a gargle, which can be pretty rough on the throat, so he also has to take breaks or else he will LITURLY tare up his vocal cords and start bleeding from the inside of his neck, it happened to a friend of mine once for not doing scream right

who gives a shit if hes speaking at certain part, hes making a point when he speaks i rekon or it could be the fact theyve been touring for weeeks and your voice is like any instrument for instance if u play the same set of strings show after show ur not gonna get the same tone.
