  • they are actually nice bikes considering what they are built for.

  • sounds like a snowmobile

  • sure doesnt look like its junk

  • @nitro5871 ya you could easily

  • @nitro5871 I said "You are probably dead even with a 250 popo stock, with the popo winning in acceleration. " the 250ex is 100Ibs less weight but the popo makes up for that with a bigger engine. The popo would beat you but not by much in stock form.

  • @Spywell i wasnt talking about that so read the comment before you reply

  • @nitro5871 Stick a performance pipe on the 250ex AND the Popo and the popo will leave you in the dust no doubt about it.

My information is via DYNO, the Polaris 250 makes 22HP from factory, a 200$ pipe will increase from 22HP to 32HP. The slightest cheapest modification and that 250 polaris will wake up and smash you. You are probably dead even with a 250 popo stock, with the popo winning in acceleration.

  • @Spywell bad talk 4 strokes all u want but i bet i can beat a 2 stroke polaris 250 on my 250ex 4 stroke

  • @fcanane1 That is a flawed comparison. The fact is the power comes from the combustion which happens twice as often in a two stroke. A quote from deepscience "The ONLY correct comparison of 2 strokes with 4 strokes is that a 2 stroke can (in theory) produce twice the power of a 4 stroke for the same sized engine and the same revs."

So twice as much power, half the weight and pure simplicity. Two strokes rock!
