Guys, thats a Wagyu SirloinStrip. At @1:55 you can see it a bit better. The problem is that the lights are so low, you can't really see the marble, which, like I said, its a bit more noticeable at 1:55.

Yo, sorry to tell you but that ain't no Wagyu/Kobe beef. There is better looking angus at my local grocery store, but the info you give in this video is correct.
