Simple circular umbilical cord, 38 WEEKS- It´s a GIRL !!

Observamos en el video tomado el día de hoy 07 de Noviembre de 2008 la ecografía de una madre gestante, de 25 años de edad y de 38 semanas de embarazo, cuya fecha de última menstruación normal (FUR) fue el día 12 de febrero de 2008 y es su segundo embarazo, pues el primero fue hace 6 años y vía vaginal.
Acude a la consulta médica para el control de su embarazo.
En la ecografía abdominal, podemos observar que se trata de un embarazo único, con
situación longitudinal cefálica, (la cabeza en la parte inferior)
Las cinéticas cardiaca y fetal son positivas.
La columna vertebral sin soluciones de continuidad y se localiza en la parte izquierda y podemos auscultar y contar los latidos cardiacos fetales en 152 latidos por minuto, con ondas rítmicas y regulares. No soplos.
Al examinar la cabeza de costado, observamos un circular simple del cordón umbilical.
El diámetro bi-parietal (DBP) es de 91.7 milímetros, la circunferencia abdominal (CA) de 345.6 milímetros y la longitud del fémur (LF) es de 72.5 milímetros. Vemos la placenta en la región del fondo uterino y de un diámetro de 39.8 milímetros y de ahí hacemos la medición del "Índice del Líquido Amniótico" (ILA) que es de 113.7 mms.
El peso estimado del feto es de 3016.7gramos.
Finalmente, buscamos el sexo del feto y observamos 2 pequeñas líneas ecogénicas paralelas a nivel del costado de la cabeza del fémur, correspondiento a sexo femenino.

We observe in the video taken today On November 07, 2008 the ultrasound scan of a gestante mother, of 25 years of age and of 38 weeks of pregnancy, which date of last normal menstruation (LNM) was February 12, 2008 and it is her second pregnancy, since the first one was 6 years ago and vaginal route.
She comes to the medical consultation for the control of her pregnancy.
In the abdominal ultrasound scan, we can observe that it is one pregnancy, with longitudinal cephalic situation, (the head in the low part)
Kinetic cardiac and fetal sound prints.
The spinal column without solutions of continuity and locates in the left part and we can auscultate and count the cardiac fetal beats in 152 beats per minute, with rhythmic and regular waves. Not blows.
On having examined the head sideways, we observe a 'circular of the umbilical cord'.
The bi-parietal diameter (BPD) is 91.7 millimeters, the abdominal circumference (AC) is 345.6 millimeters and the length is of the femur (FL) it is 72.5 millimeters. We see the afterbirth or placenta in the region of the uterine fund and of a diameter of 39.8 millimeters and hence we do the measurement of the "amniotic index" that is 113.7 mm.
The dear weight of the fetus is 3016.7grams.
Finally, we look for the sex of the fetus and observe 2 small lines hyperechogenic images parallel at level of the side of the head of the femur, correspondiento to feminine sex.
