  • Your premises about a table creates a slippery slope. The mind does not work by naming tables and understanding such labels. Meaning is created through a grammar, not individual words that distinquish measurement.

  • Incorrect. A word is not a concept. A word is an utterance that only retains meaning based on it's relationship to a grammar in a conceptual scheme.
