My first full length 22 min video take off and landing 720HD. take off from Melbourne and landing in Brisbane. QF612, film taken September 2009. When I say full length I mean it is all the clips put together with no edits or bits cut out to trim the film. Not so sure how this type of film will go down as 22 mins is a long time but hey if you're bored and nothing on TV then welcome YouTube.

  • @crapper1 Hey many thanks!

  • Fantastic video! It's like being in it. Thanks!

  • @robertocvsiqueira Glad you like it! Thanks for the feedback. much appreciated.

  • I was actually in a 737-800 when we were landing and there was a tornado about a mile from the airport, surely enough the pilot was daring and wanted to attempt to land in those horrible conditions, so he did!! The turbulence was so hard, that I was bouncing around in my seat, and there was stuff falling and everything else. It only did some minor damage to the plane. Unbelievable at how much turbulence these aircraft can withstand!!!!!

  • @michaelvincent178 Yeah, I saw the making of the 777 years ago and saw what that can withstand. Would love to see some test conditions for this one. So what airline was that? AA? I've heard over the years pilots receive instructions to keep to timetable and avoid delay and then some take it to the extreme. (just one or two as seen on docos)

  • @mikeycbd Yes it was AA. This pilot was crazy enough to do this. If you type in being 777 wing test, it will show a video of the 777's wing being put under stress, and at 154, the wing snaps!! Amazing footage too. It was amazing to see those wings fail at such great stress.

  • @michaelvincent178 around 2 hours.

  • How long was this flight?

  • @michaelvincent178 Cheers MV :-)
