@carlosastar001 The first verse is about Tara Browne, who was an heir to the Guiness Franchise. He became part of the London Scene ("... a lucky man who made the grade"), he was then killed in a car crash ("The news was rather sad... he blew his mind out in a car... he didn't notice that the lights had changed"). The second verse, ("I saw a film today...:"), is about the movie "How I won The War". Paul's interlude is about a commuter. The last verse is about a pothole problem in Blackburn.
