I posed his book on my LinkedIn profile and encouraged its use in MBA courses.

As a recent MBA, I am completely fed up with the sadistic model perpetrated by WS. Finance back in the days was the field of philosher and thinkers and religious people. Today it is run by warlords; finance must be more then that - just as medicine is more then making students rich by doing breast implants and plastic surgery. Goldman has some amazingly intelligent people working for them: think about the waste!

The one intelligent idea here is the idea of undoing the usurpation of the power to actually coin money which took place in 1913 but even in that case there is a major sort of a danger in play i.e. that the most efficient place to have the power to create money is the central government but that nobody trusts the federal government that much, that's the motivation for the public banking initiative which Ellen Brown supports.

Korton is a pure Gaea worshiper who claims to love Bork Obunga and, worse, he cites Jesus' statement about worshiping two masters in one part of the thing while claiming to follow both Jesus and Gaea in others.

Korton is featured on PeakMoment television on left coast TV and Peak Moment's opening screen shows a totally false graph of population rising out of control and resources beginning to tank. Korton speaks of "climate change(TM)" as if ClimateGate hadn't happened.

We can realise the new economy by Rewarding those who consume less but require those Rewards to be invested in how to get more value from the resources we have. This can be done by giving interest free loans to those who consume less of a resource (say Energy from burning fossil fuel) but require Rewards to be invested in ways to create Energy without burning fossil fuel.
