How i Do PEP mask

just a really quick video of what its like for me with CF to do PEP/physio for 30 minutes each night, now the video only last 1 minute as it is only a snapshot..
1 set, 10 breathes into the mask, huff and then cough

@BedelphiA Its a good buddy of mine who has passed away due to a ski-doo crash..... Was there at the time, got airlifted from the scene of accident, i had to do a lot of talking...... midway to the trauma centre, he died and left everything to me, told the medevac medic saying that he wants a cross atop the rocks he got hit on, and i had to help the medics get to him; using my sled to bring them up, since then, i never get out no more.
