This video discusses the PCL tear, one of the common sports injuries. PCL injuries are caused by sudden twisting. It is a ligament injury in the knee. Knee pain, swelling, and stiffness are the symptoms. If the injury is severe, surgery is needed. The knee surgery recovery involves physical therapy and takes about 6 months.

  • hypothetically speaking, lets say i think that they tore their PCL or another ligament. Aside from initial sypmtoms: pain, swelling and stiffness, i have a problem bending it backwards. the most i can do is maybe when i am sitting down and my knee is maybe bent at a 90 degree angle. unless i support the back of my knee that is the absolute furthest i can move it without pain. would that just be considered gaining the range of motion back or is it something i should be concerned about?

  • OMG Molly is Hot! BUT at least for me the video is cutoff half way through.
