'Tombstoning' has claimed the lives of people in the UK as well as causing serious injuries. The craze has been fuelled by internet video clips, but they don't show the other side of the story. Seven years ago when Nick Biddlecombe was just seventeen, his life changed completely when he was injured because he dived into the sea without knowing what was beneath him. He talks to BBC Radio One Newsbeat's Andy West.
