  • Have you condsidered hanging your smaller plants from the fence? Your Lowes bag would be great wall pouches! Wall gardening saves ground space too. I have different ways to create vertical gardens on my page. Come have a look if you like. We had a hot summer in Hoosierville (105-117*), I can only imgagine what South Florida is like.

  • @janiebuilder Great idea! I think I'll try that.

  • Hey give us some of that 2009 FL rain!! We are not getting a winter this year (2012) here in CA ):

  • @2emeraldeyes We just had a subtropical system dump a whole bunch of rain on us here in South Florida...very unusual. Thanks for visiting.

  • alot of neat ideas there. the only idea that came to mind was maybe drilling more holes in those hanging buckets to speed up drainage. that's about it. everything else was pretty cool. good luck in the future.

  • @Thaneii

Here Here!!! This guy is right on! We need illegal alien restrictions here in CA too. All the "Regulations" are upsidedown here!! I'm a native here!!

  • YEAH! We do need some illegal immigrant restrictions.

  • you look like u did no work with the black bucket why dont u put them on a drip system that u can control instead of wasting water or next time put the lid on the drill holes for the rope for the upside down buckets.aka plants do way better in the ground my be next year right anless u plan on moving wish u luck and god bless all races

  • its been a year since i saw this, getting ready to plant now, small plastic greenhouse, not a whole lot of room but your ideas helped me out last year, everything i planted last year grew well except for tomatoes. hope the summer here in ireland is good, usually its crap
