By the way...there are a lot of totally messed up people commenting on this thread. You're not supposed to like the Sopranos because you agree with the way the Mafia views women. That more or less makes you a sociopath.

@kilahchris She never expressed it verbally, and flatly denied it when her shrink asked, but you may be right. At various times, she openly confessed to "feeling for him" and told him "you have a very nice face."
HOWEVER, you miss my broader point. Melfi never would've gotten together with Tony, because she was smart, sane, and moral. She made this VERY CLEAR to him in Season Five after he pushed her (were you not watching?). This was also why, ultimately, she couldn't stomach treating him.

@kanguesso similar thing happened to me and it became a 3 day war trying to defend myself. My women even wanted to call the ex to tell her stay away. But i did not allow that to happen.
