    Well, Mr Key, you could have menioned that it was actually a reality up until to 1981, when the Fraser Govt introduced passports as a kneejerk reaction to the 'Mr Asia' Syndicate.

    Oh hang on, in 1981 you were too busy supporting the Springbok tour to notice anything else happening.
