Hey, with advanced mutations, and other crazy science, you could do it.
But the sound wave thing, bullets are too fast to react in time.
Btw, why did Vash even hang onto that gun knowing what it could do?

Good point. I was also confused when one of the characters used his magic demon arm to blow a whole in the moon. There's no way in HELL he could do that. Even in a cartoon, jesus.

He makes the sound waves hurt you, some the lines were badly flubbed in the translation which is why I suggest watching the sub version on hulu.
