Parachute Toss

This is the first time I've done a tutorial so I apologize if it's not that great...I'm working on it!

This video explains how to do the parachute toss. I have no clue how it got its name but thats just what my guard calls it. It's actually pretty simple once you get the hang of it! Good luck! =]

what is the length of that pole?

I love the name marshmallow, at my school we just call it the butt for both ends. But that makes it a little awkward for the band when we are practicing with them and someone's "butt" flies off and the guard is running around going "my butt flew off! Has anyone seen it? It's small, white and round!"

We call our marshmallow the stopper. Haha

we call our "marshmellow" the butt.... the butt of the pole, then we have tabs, then the tip top of the poles are the boobs xD "when putting weigts in its big boobs little butt" xD

Thanks you so much! u gust got into my high schools 'winter guard' witch is the same thing. they gave me a flag to practise's on but i only new 2 trikes :( and i have the thing tell Monday after Thanksgiving. when we have are next meeting. I'm going to master it and show it the the rest of the teem :D im so exited!!!!!!!!!
