Entertaining show. But that's about it. NatGeo spent a total of 15 seconds addressing the root of the problem. Our insatiable need for drugs. We constitute about 4% of the world's population, yet consume about half its cocaine. NatGeo also did a great job of depicting the shoot outs, but they somehow forgot to point out that 90% of those weapons come from right here -- good old USA.

But oh no, this is Mexico's problem! As a country, we suffer from collective self denial.
