She was too sensitive...and could have been challenged. You were speaking within a context and had a specific intent. She has to learn to mature in her thinking...and I think you could have heiped her understand your purpose. To give in to someone's misunderstanding is not helpful, but rather enables continued misunderstanding. I think a good dose of respectful correction would have been best. Just a thought.

I've followed your posts off and on now for a couple of years and i enjoy listening to you. Just a friendly suggestion though, I really appreciate your posts more when you're background is just your office. It seemed more engaging to me as the viewer rather than this digitized background. It makes it seem you're farther away and I don't connect with you the same. Is that weird???? Just a thought...
