Why you should never marry in an MMORPG - SWG style.

It all started one day in Bestine, on the Ahazi server on Star Wars Galaxies. Ktaeran, his wife Inaky and myself are watching all the server transfer characters come into play when another guild member appeared out of nowhere and kneeled before me. Now, being the only pink sith on the server, initially i belived him to be paying homage. But in fact, he proposed marriage. Before either of the two beside me could say a word, i accepted, both knowing in fact that I am a male with a female toon, nothing new in the style of gaming. I never hide the fact from people, in fact, i encourage them to know so they don't start to flirt. But with this one, Rel-ik, it was different. A few days into the marriage, i asked if we could do a classic wedding, invite the guild and anyone wanting to see something that no one in the game does anymore.

So 45 minutes later, a few thousand credits spent on storyteller pieces later on the Far side of Yavin, south of the imperial outpost on the nearby beachhead, our wedding took place. Stormtroopers and Dark jedi along with two Imperial Guard that the emperor himself blessed on myself personally for this union made sure no unsuspecting rebel scum disruped my day of happiness.

What is now to follow is a live viewing from the bride to be on her wedding day, come along and join the fun!

I am indeed well aware its hard to read the text, as well as the video skips. I cheaped out on the filming program, so it only let me film 30 seconds at a time. I did my best to keep it going smoothly.

The voices on the game are actually Rel-ik and Jal-Shey, friends in game. Jal was fortunate enough to know about myself, but Rel-ik did not. Or so i thought.

Rel-k can be heard as the loud, somewhat static filled voice, in a hurry due to having to leave for work, and Jal is lost horribly and what sounds to me like he's picked on. Alot.

For the most part, its self explanitory, and as we find out, Rel-ik knows alot more than we thought, and has his own agenda as seen in the later part of the clip. Come along as we witness love and marital bliss in the making.

@jula217 Well, of course I am. The entire guild I was in knew it too. Cept this guy. So we pooled some credits, and, set him up to fall. Then he claimed to have already known and wanted to anyways. :o

@potcolegend1 Actually, if you go to SoE, you can buy the entire game for like, 40 bucks and get a bunch of stuff. Its pretty decent.

@matthewzguitarz13 Indeed. But alot has changed. I remember when i first started playing, no one told me about those Daily Mission Terminals. So i hit about lvl 52, finished legacy and was like, wellll shit. What now? XD
