i can support my child, simply because she chose not to wed and because he was born in wedlock by law she gets sole custody until i file. while shes busy partying and letting her family and her mom babysit and buy my son stuff, she spends her welfare half on her fun times. so.....not all fathers are bad. if you got a abuser, do the same thing. get facts, dates, times, witnesses, cops involved, w/e u gotta do. if you think this helps abusers, your a man hater and got no logic.

mothers can be abusers too and their mothers can condone it by "trying" to protect their childs behavior. i pay my bills, my rent, everything on time. lived in the same place for 3 years. while she moved all around, my kid isnt even 2 yet! if you lived in MA. you'd see why this is a good tactic. btw...a judge can contact FB and get ANY hidden info as well. slander, bad mouthing, un-co-opertive, and conspiring all can be used against her...and me but sense i dont do those, nuttin to worry about.

this is common sense. dont bash this guy, its a one sided court deal for most fathers. good or bad. and it depends on the judge and if you got them on a good day or not. its reality. my ex is a psycho, drinks, has sex with her kid in or in another room, random men in and out of her and my sons life sense we split. i filed for custody, i filed for visitation, she didnt even show up to the DOR case.she posts her sexual activities on FB, drinking, and even weed use. so yeah, this works dont hate.

It still depends on the hearing officer/judge. My husband had video proof of his X creating PAS ( a video she made of her and her friend teaching his son to call him a retard) We also showed the court her holding his son and drinking soutern comfort. We also showed proof of her stalking our home ect. Nothing was done. They actually laughed and said to her " you left the cat out of the bag" Nothing was ever done!
