  • Thank you, I've looked at stuff for his as you recomended he's Awesome! :)

  • hey nevflo at least you're not singing over him in this one =P

  • @infamousNfamous hahahahahaa I know! Sorry I was too amped at seeing him live and like 5 steps from me!

  • thank god i was blessed to have been born in 1978 and have witnessed the last of the great music....not to say there aren't any great artists out there today but they get no recognition cuz they're not "marketable" enough. oh well. i always thought that 1997 when the backstreet boys (ugghhh) came out was the end of good music....or maybe it was the day kurt cobain died....sigh thank god for duncan, oasis, coldplay, and others who still write meaningful music.....

  • Amen to that! ^_^

  • @MasterThief1324: the generations after the beatles and hendrix and the stones and deep purple and sabbath have yet to produce anything to match the caliber of the music and the bands from that era. as good as duncan is, you can't compare hendrix to sheik -no bloody way, not even Dylan or James Taylor.

  • @coupleofbeers31 Born 78 and gotta agree...

  • @nevflo I even have his obscure live EPS that;s how much of a fan I am! I LOVE DUNCAN!!!!!

  • @coupleofbeers31 It's all perception. I agree with your general sentiment, but then you included coldplay and Oasis in that group (Yuk, ripoff groups), which again proves . . . . it's all a matter of taste.

  • @coupleofbeers31 On that note, as long as "love" brings bliss, this song will be great.

  • @coupleofbeers31 I find it hard to believe that you wouldn't know that "greatness" and "meaningfullness" is a matter of taste. However, I don't agree with the trend you might have inadvertently proposed: It's absurd to claim that one generation of people could (and have only) produced great music; you can't compare the greatness of Renaissance thinking with the greatness of the 20th century thinking because of too many subjective and moot factors.

To be honest, great music is timeless.

  • @christopherz3 Bass player played A instead of B.

  • forme this is the best duncan sheik song

  • Heard this for 1st time today, would never have guess it was Duncan Sheik, especially because I don't like Barely Breathing...but this is really awesome song, will have to discover more from them. Glad I heard this while on hold to order some medicine....lol
