Do you think this will work with Goose? My wife has requested a chinese-5-spice rub with lemon garlic herbs in the cavity. So wanted to try this, but now not sure. Goose is already such a flavorsome bird. What you think? Greets from Vienna! and thanks for fast reply if you can.

We do these shenanigans in Australia for Christmas. Some of us aren't as rich as our online famous chefs so I'm gonna used dried Shiitake. Is that ok big boss man?
