See I am from Philly, born and raised. I am going to give you the situation up here. Too begin, the public school system in Philly is horrible. Most blacks don't graduate from high school in Philly, as a result, all these young black dummies play the streets and most of them are faking it. Most of the real thugs in Philly are using and manipulating these young dummies to do their dirty work. Also, white want the large cities back for many reasons.
