http://Shop.StrongerTeam.com - A powerful grip is a major asset on the basketball court as it helps a player to be "strong with the ball." Here are a series of hand strength & grip exercises we use on a regular basis.

Since the grip is usually the "weak link" in pulling exercises, we choose to do grip work at the end of the workout... as to not limit the amount of weight that can be handled on certain exercises.

Our good friend and colleague, Brad Pantall (Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for Penn State's basketball program) inspired many of these exercises!

  • @TheGundamlord This isn't a workout, it is just a collection of the exercises we use most often... as far as results... it is different for everyone!
