This, is the affect, of the Evils of "White Supremacy" and Religion. The simple minded people of that region of Africa, are some how equating skin color and religion with wealth. So Instead of hanging a Picture of a Blond Haired Blue eyed Savior in their homes, their opting to go out and get something they can actually touch that resembles the savior they were coerced into believing in. Thinking it will bring them the same wealth and prosperity of the Whites they've encountered.
