The Boss with the missing filter!!!

A rant about my director. I am sure everyone has had a boss from hell at one point in their life. I've had two. This one by far,takes the cake! She is never wrong, and can turn a situation around to where it is never her fault. You know the type I am talking about.I know I am not alone and I am interested in hearing your story about your "Boss from Hell". Please comment or do a video response. It may help some of us realize that there is a worse one out there, LOL! Thanks for watching.

I am pretty sure she won't see this as she is not too fone of computers.

You have to wonder how these people get appointed to such a high position. I worked for someone who was so afraid of theft, they locked everything up, I mean everything!

She has a loose screw. I went through 40 years of a lot of bad bosses.

Some of the stories are nightmares.

Some bosses are just control freaks, it doesn't matter if they arrive at their decisions logically or rationally, all that matters is that they have control. I've encountered a few like this, and you can't even begin to disagree with them, you're automatically wrong because you don't agree. No other reason, just they're right and you're wrong. So I totally understand and totally sympathize. This was an excellent vlog, thanks for sharing :)

I always find it amazing how the people at the top are the least reasonable and seemingly unintelligent.
