  • @JustLovelyyyy You can use any oil that has a high smoke point. So vegetable oil would work fine as well :)

  • your style of cooking this dish doesnt use ginger or hoisin sauce why not?

  • I make this stew that combines general tso's chicken, chicken lo mein, and rice. I also add my secret chinese sauce (1 packet soy sauce, 1 packet hot mustard, and 1 packet duck sauce)
