This is absolutely one of my favorite hymns at church. I like this version

Been researching today for music for my Mother-In-Law's funeral. I'm stuck at home while my husbands family has gathered at her home 150 miles away. So I am suggesting songs for them to hear on YouTube, so they can decide what to pick. This is a whole side of YouTube I didn't know about, but it has been a blessing in this difficult time.

@Mike4Dogma Jesus preached against the established religion of his time The Jews and got crucified for it. I wonder if the Christians would probably crucify Christ in 2011. LIkely.
Take the message and lessons and knock off the other man made crap

This is in most Red Version Song missals in many if not all Catholic Dioceses in America which includes the sheet music. At least where I am.

@Mike4Dogma What you say may be true, but you fail to recognize the fallibility of human beings, including Catholics. Do you think the corrupt Catholics involved in the crusades went to heaven? For slaughtering women and children? They thought they would because of old thinking. All of these quotes you sent me are over 100 years old and are possibly outdated. After all, the church has corrected itself on many other mistakes, including that you had to pay for confession, and now you don't.

FableRoy - Likewise God speaking through the Catholic Sources of Dogma to the world ...
Fourth Lateran Council, Pope Innocent III, 1215 A.D. - Ex-Cathedra Dogma >
"There is but one universal Church of the faithful, outside of which no one at all is saved."
Vatican Council of 1870, Session 2, Pope Pius IX - Ex-Cathedra Dogma >
"This true Catholic Faith, outside of which none can be saved, which I now freely profess in all its completeness and purity ..."
Again, the Dogma is from God NOT me.
-
FableRoy - Perfect, now I understand why you are confused on the judging issue.
The Catholic Dogma is from the Catholic God ... it is NOT from me.
For example ... the below Catholic Source of Dogma is from God (not me).
Council of Florence, Session 8, 22 Nov 1439 -- Ex-Cathedra Dogma >
"Whoever wills to be saved ... it is necessary that he holds the Catholic faith. Unless a person keeps this faith whole and undefiled, without doubt he shall perish eternally."
(I wasn't alive in 1439 A.D.)

@Mike4Dogma K thanks. I am TOTALLY enlightened by your inability to understand your place in the universe. man < GOD and can not pretend to be an equal judge to God etc. I figure since we are contradicting each other with the Bible, a little common sense from the human mind might suffice.

FableRoy - You have to judge truth from heresy ... whoever says or believes that the ""evangelical" heretics (for example) might be getting to Heaven causes his own soul to be placed outside of Christianity (outside of the Catholic Church) ... because the "evangelicals" are all anti-Christs with no exception.
Again -- 1 Corinthians 14:23-24 > "And there come in one that believeth not ... he is convinced of all, he is judged of all."
The beams are in the eyes of the anti-Christ heretics.
-
FableRoy - you are 100% correct the heretics (who you call "protestants") are all headed for Hell, there is not a single heretic in Heaven and there never will be.
Christ did not come back into the world to start any of the anti-Christ heresies ("lutheran" (1517), "baptist" (1606), "evangelical" (early 1900's), etc.) ... these groups send you into Hell with all of the pagans (all of the un-baptized).
Catholic writing of Titus 3:10-11 > A man that is a heretic ... is being condemned".
How can I get the sheet music for this song (to play chords on guitar)?

If you're from the Philippines, you can get the sheet music from the album, Hangad. There is also Bayan Umawit, a song book with chords containing many of the songs from the Jesuit Music Ministry.
If not, I think you can look for it in amazon.

Where did you find this song at?

This is a version of Hangad. I bought their cd in which the song is included and made a video of it before this year's holy week started.
